About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Co-own the Canadian entrepreneur selection pipeline
- Source high-potential founders through relationships with VCs, accelerators, Endeavor Entrepreneurs, and ecosystem leaders across Canada
- Lead founder evaluations and due diligence to Endeavor’s global selection standards
- Prepare candidates for International Selection Panels and serve as a strategic advisor throughout the process
- Manage a portfolio of Endeavor Entrepreneurs as their primary Endeavor contact
- Understand founders’ priorities, growth challenges, and opportunities
- Facilitate high-value connections within Endeavor’s global mentor and investor network
- Maintain active engagement with supported founders and leadership teams
- Design and run curated events for founders, board members, mentors, investors, and ecosystem leaders across Canada
- Run peer programming, including CEO Roundtables and founder peer groups
- Deepen relationships between Endeavor Entrepreneurs and the broader Canadian tech community
- Track engagement and outcomes to keep programming high-value for founders
- Travel frequently across Canada to visit Endeavor Entrepreneurs and host events
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years of professional experience, or an equivalent mix of post-secondary education and professional experience
- Genuine enthusiasm for entrepreneurship and company building
- Strong business acumen and ability to understand complex industries
- Track record of designing and running high-caliber events or communities for founders, executives, or senior leaders
- High autonomy and self-direction
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Comfort navigating ambiguity
- Excellent communication across cultures and organizational levels
- Fluency in English (required); French is a strong asset
- Willingness to travel frequently across Canada and occasionally internationally
- Existing relationships in the Canadian tech, venture capital, or founder ecosystem are an asset
- Must live in a major Canadian city
- Must be eligible to live and work in Canada
