About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own end-to-end marketing campaigns across virtual and hybrid events, from planning through post-event reporting
- Manage cross-team coordination, list pulls, copywriting and assembly, scheduling, QA, deployment, and performance reporting
- Coordinate with Events on asset needs, deadlines, and registration goals; identify risks and keep campaigns on track
- Track event registration performance and compile actionable reports
- Support promotional strategy for flagship events, including E11 and the annual Top 100 recognition program
- Produce and maintain sales collateral, media kits, sponsorship one-pagers, and event sales kits
- Build new sales and client-facing materials as needed
- Partner with Sales on time-sensitive requests
- Build and deploy segmented email campaigns for acquisition and lifecycle marketing across free, paid, and enterprise subscription tiers
- Maintain audience lists and segmentation infrastructure
- Support A/B testing, including setup, tracking, data capture, and result summaries
- Manage daily social media, paid promotions, and other audience-growth tactics
- Collaborate with Sales, Events, Editorial, Client Success, and Marketing
Requirements
What you’ll need- 4–6 years of experience in B2B or B2C marketing
- Hands-on campaign execution experience
- Preference for B2B event marketing experience
- Demonstrated proficiency with email marketing platforms; Campaign Monitor strongly preferred
- Working knowledge of GA4 and ability to interpret and analyze campaign data
- Strong project management and organizational skills; experience with Notion, Asana, or similar tools
- Excellent written communication skills
- Strong eye for visual appeal in client and sales enablement materials
- Ability to manage multiple workflows simultaneously in a fast-paced, remote environment
- Highly responsive communication and ability to manage a high volume of projects
- High proficiency with Google Slides
- Preferred: experience in subscription-based media, publishing, or B2B SaaS
- Preferred: experience with biopharma or life sciences
- Preferred: exposure to sales enablement, advertising operations, or client-facing marketing support
- Experience and enthusiasm for using AI tools for campaign analysis, copy development, or list management
