Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, network connectivity, printers, and mobile devices

  • Preferred: Bachelor degree in a related field
  • Preferred: Industry certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+, or Microsoft
