About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Coordinate personnel, systems, and equipment to maintain plant machinery, equipment, and facilities
  • Ensure machinery, equipment, and facilities are available to meet production demands
  • Oversee teams scheduling, managing, and executing preventive and corrective maintenance routines
  • Coordinate and improve equipment, tools, spare parts, and consumables in the maintenance parts warehouse
  • Analyze action plans and monitor downtime from preventive and corrective maintenance and associated costs
  • Coordinate, administer, and monitor quality system plans and procedures related to the maintenance department and plant areas
  • Manage and optimize plant and office maintenance expenses
  • Coordinate and manage personnel, equipment, and resources needed to meet environmental obligations
  • Meet department indicators aligned with plant objectives
  • Follow company safety, environmental, quality, and financial-management policies

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s Degree in related field
  • Minimum of 3 years in a similar position
  • Experience in productive, preventive, and corrective maintenance
  • Knowledge of Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), predictive maintenance, preventive maintenance, and corrective maintenance
  • ISO 9001 knowledge
  • Maintenance software knowledge
  • Knowledge of mechanics, including pneumatics, hydraulics, and assembly
  • Knowledge of electricity, including high and low voltage
  • Knowledge of automation and control
