  • Develop and execute strategic supplier partnership models for non-core power electronics technologies, product development, contract manufacturing, and supply chain capabilities
  • Provide executive leadership of the global Power Electronics Center of Excellence
  • Align engineering, product management, manufacturing, and quality teams
  • Establish standards, roadmaps, and best practices for power electronics manufacturing
  • Lead partner-enabled innovation and manage external technology, design, and manufacturing partners
  • Establish governance, sourcing, and supplier collaboration frameworks for outsourced product development, technology integration, contract manufacturing, and strategic component supply

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • MBA preferred
  • 15+ years of leadership experience in global manufacturing and supply chain environments
  • Experience in power systems, energy storage, or power electronics industries
