About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead the IT Governance, PMO, and IT Planning & Finance functions.
- Coordinate the team responsible for IT Governance, PMO, and IT Planning & Finance.
- Establish team objectives, performance indicators, and development plans.
- Act as a strategic partner to IT leadership, Controllership, and business functions.
- Lead executive forums, governance meetings, and decision-making processes.
- Promote continuous improvement of the department’s processes, tools, and practices.
- Lead global IT financial planning, including Budget, Forecast, and Strategic Plan cycles.
- Ensure the monitoring and control of OPEX spending.
- Oversee contracts, invoicing, payments, and accruals for the department.
- Monitor financial execution and propose cost optimization initiatives.
- Consolidate financial analyses and performance indicators to support decision-making.
- Present IT OPEX spending at executive forums with senior leadership.
- Develop executive reports and financial performance dashboards.
- Manage the IT supplier chain and service delivery.
- Lead contracts and relationships with strategic suppliers.
- Ensure compliance with corporate policies, certifications, audits, and regulatory requirements.
- Lead change management and organizational communication processes.
- Contribute to the development and evolution of the IT strategy, aligned with corporate planning.
- Monitor, cascade, and control evidence related to the IT goals process.
- Lead the management of the IT project and initiative portfolio.
- Structure processes for prioritizing demands and investments.
- Ensure projects are aligned with the company’s strategic objectives.
- Monitor indicators related to schedule, cost, scope, risks, and benefits.
- Manage IT project Key Users.
- Consolidate analyses of value creation, financial returns, and investment benefits.
- Promote governance and standardization of project management and business case methodologies.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.
- Postgraduate degree or MBA is a plus.
- Experience leading teams or coordinating corporate processes.
- Experience in IT Governance, PMO, portfolio management, or financial planning.
- Experience managing budgets, CAPEX, OPEX, and performance indicators.
- Experience managing suppliers and contracts.
- Experience working in medium- or large-scale corporate environments.
- Knowledge of IT Governance frameworks such as COBIT, ITIL, or similar.
- Knowledge of Project Management methodologies, including PMI, Agile, Scrum, or Lean.
- Knowledge of Strategic Planning and Portfolio Management.
- Knowledge of Financial Management and Budgetary Control.
- Proficiency in Power BI, Excel, and management tools.
- Advanced English proficiency for interaction with global teams and suppliers.
