About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Oversee the governance of internal controls, risks, and access in SAP environments
- Map and assess business processes with a focus on risks, IT controls, and compliance
- Identify opportunities for improvement and control automation, and generate insights through data analysis
- Support audits and decision-making processes based on structured information
- Map and analyze business and industrial processes impacting ITGC (IT General Controls)
- Identify gaps, risks, and controls; propose improvements and design workflows
- Develop, monitor, and report performance indicators (KPIs)
- Prepare and maintain policies, procedures, standards, and technical documentation
- Apply and ensure adherence to SOX, COBIT, COSO, and PCAOB frameworks and regulations
- Develop and update risk and control matrices (RCMs)
- Support SAP access governance by analyzing critical access and segregation-of-duties (SoD) conflicts
- Support internal and external audits by providing evidence, analyses, and documentation
- Use data analytics tools to automate controls and generate insights
- Support continuous improvement initiatives in internal controls, risk management, and compliance
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Information Systems, Economics, Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, or related fields)
- Advanced English proficiency
- Strong experience in Internal Controls, Risk Management, or Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC)
- Knowledge of the following frameworks and regulations: SOX, COSO, COBIT, and PCAOB
- Experience with access management and IT controls
- Knowledge of SAP, particularly SAP GRC and SAP ECC environments
- Knowledge of Information Technology and Cybersecurity is a plus
- Experience with data analysis, performance indicators, and control automation
- Proficiency in ACL Analytics, Databricks, and SQL
