About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Drive sales of the product portfolio through the sales team’s daily activities and negotiations.
- Raise the level of technical knowledge within the sales team.
- Promote the exchange of information and technical knowledge through available internal communication channels.
- Professionalize technical assistance activities at VC.
- Identify and implement best practices related to product approval, internal and external training, relationship management, and technical assistance.
- Release samples, organize shipments, conduct test panels at construction sites, monitor or perform product approval tests, prepare reports, and participate in technical meetings with customers alongside the sales team.
- Deliver technical training to internal teams; develop, provide, and implement knowledge-sharing materials and tools; and develop internal trainers.
- Develop and deliver training on products and construction systems for customers.
- Assess technical complaints; conduct technical visits and tests at customer sites, including building façades; collect samples; align action plans with Sales/Operations/R&D; perform or commission external technical reports and expert assessments; and support reimbursement-related processes.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Required education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Materials Engineering, or Architecture.
- Category B driver’s license and driving proficiency.
- Willingness to travel.
- Must reside in Cuiabá, Mato Grosso.
- Area of responsibility: Federal District, Goiás, Mato Grosso, Mato Grosso do Sul, Acre, Amapá, Roraima, Amazonas, Pará, Rondônia, and Tocantins.
