About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage strategic projects focused on process improvement, operational efficiency, and commercial performance
- Lead the implementation and enhancement of systems, conducting feasibility, requirements, and risk analyses and defining solutions
- Identify and implement automation and innovation opportunities
- Manage the demand roadmap and backlog, prioritizing initiatives aligned with business objectives
- Monitor performance indicators, prepare management reports, and generate insights to support decision-making
- Serve as the focal point between business areas, technology teams, and stakeholders
- Develop presentations and executive materials for committees and strategic forums
- Ensure the stability, quality, and continuous evolution of processes, systems, and tools used by the commercial area
- Drive continuous improvement, operational governance, and excellence in project execution
Requirements
What you’ll need- Required education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
- Preferred education: Postgraduate degree in Project Management
- Experience in change management and systems integration
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Experience with SAP SD development or related frameworks is desirable
- Knowledge of web solutions is desirable
- Knowledge of CRM is desirable
- Knowledge of Power BI is desirable
