About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop and implement technical training strategies
- Create and update the competency matrix for the businesses supported
- Create and update the technical assessment matrix
- Develop training plans based on failure analysis, technical assessment results, anticipated workforce movements, and guidance from specialist teams
- Monitor and analyze training metrics to advance employees’ qualifications
- Monitor and ensure the mitigation of technical qualification gaps within the assigned area
- Promote and ensure synergy among the businesses supported
- Provide and support customers with training logistics
- Monitor and ensure the efficient use of the department’s budget
Requirements
What you’ll need- Education: Psychology, Geology, Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields
- Previous experience in Human Resources, Learning and Development, or an industrial environment is preferred
- Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Conflict management skills
- Analytical mindset
- Willingness to travel
- Availability to work on-site at the Curitiba Technical Center or Sky Corporate in Vila Olímpia, São Paulo
