About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Create and maintain project schedules and timelines within project management software
Direct and coordinate project resources across multiple departments
Use generative AI tools to draft project communications, summarize client meetings, and create project documentation
Proofread content, review designs, and test technology before product launches
Assist clients with daily challenges and troubleshoot technical issues
Provide innovative and scalable solutions as a subject matter expert
Influence internal and client decision-makers to clear project issues and roadblocks
Maintain project dashboards and status reports for stakeholders and company leadership
Work with developers to create product features based on client feedback
Manage product launch processes and provide feedback on new product features
Develop understanding of market trends, industry trends, core technologies, and the impact of emerging AI trends on real estate
Report to the Customer Experience Manager in a high-collaboration environment

Requirements

What you’ll need

1-3 years of experience in project management
At least 1 year of using artificial intelligence tools daily for work responsibilities
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Highly proficient with Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Content Management (CMS), and Project Management Systems
Experience using AI productivity tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini
Adept at solving problems and making succinct decisions under pressure
Able to understand new technology platforms and the opportunities/challenges they present
Knowledge of interactive best practices, user experience, and user interface
Drive and passion for generating high levels of client satisfaction
Ability to prioritize requests based on severity
