About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Gather, analyze, and document user and stakeholder requirements
- Lead business workshops and facilitate communication between functional and technical teams
- Model and optimize business processes
- Write functional specifications, User Stories, and acceptance criteria
- Collaborate with development, architecture, testing, and project management teams
- Support functional validation (UAT) and production deployment phases
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and implemented solutions
- Ensure the quality of functional documentation throughout the project lifecycle
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to the successful delivery of projects
Requirements
What you’ll need- At least 8 years of experience in Business Analysis
- Strong experience gathering and analyzing business requirements
- Excellent command of writing functional specifications and User Stories
- Good knowledge of process modeling (BPMN)
- Experience working in an Agile (Scrum) environment
- Proficiency in Jira and Confluence
- Experience coordinating functional testing phases (UAT)
- Excellent interpersonal skills, analytical mindset, and communication skills
- Fluent French and good working proficiency in English
