About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Analyze software solutions in terms of processes, data, and user interfaces
- Elicit stakeholder needs and translate them into business and technical requirements
- Participate in the business configuration of applications
- Specify functional rules for data migration
- Contribute to defining data quality rules
- Create or update existing documentation
- Provide functional and business support to the development team
- Facilitate communication between business specialists and the development team
- Define test objectives, write test cases, and execute functional tests
- Participate in Run activities and provide business and technical support
- Contribute to users’ ongoing training

Requirements
What you’ll need- University degree or higher education qualification in computer science
- At least 5 years of experience in a Business Analyst, Product Owner, or Application Manager role
- Proven experience gathering, analyzing, documenting, and communicating business and technical requirements
- Proficiency in process modeling (UML, BPMN) and model creation (scenarios, state diagrams, etc.)
- Proficiency in specifying business and technical requirements in the context of data migration
- Ability to explain complex technical topics in accessible terms and understand regulatory issues in order to translate them into technical requirements
- Sufficient SQL proficiency to perform selection queries and analyze datasets
- Experience developing and implementing testing strategies
- Self-directed, accountable, and committed
- Methodical with strong attention to detail
- Versatile and able to quickly understand new contexts
- Clear and concise communication skills
- Curious, with a strong desire to understand the surrounding environment
- Excellent ability to work as part of a team toward a common goal
- Fluent French
- Professional German required (C1 minimum)
- English is an advantage
