About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead complex programs and interconnected workstreams across the full software development lifecycle
  • Establish outcomes, integrated plans, critical paths, dependencies, milestones, and decision points
  • Define and evolve delivery methodologies, organizational planning standards, and supporting tools
  • Contribute to business transformation strategies and translate strategic goals into delivery models, governance arrangements, and executable roadmaps
  • Influence C-level stakeholders and steering committees on program vision, success measures, priorities, and investment decisions
  • Develop long-term client engagement strategies and act as a trusted adviser
  • Define reporting and governance standards for progress, risks, issues, finances, and decisions
  • Implement RAID management and oversee portfolio risk
  • Develop contingency strategies and escalate material risks
  • Manage program budgets, optimize spend, and maintain transparency over program commercials
  • Maintain knowledge of Ensono Digital products and services and connect client needs with Ensono specialists
  • Lead and coordinate proposals and presales responses
  • Contribute to Delivery Management competency strategy and continuous improvement
  • Encourage professional development and lead mentoring initiatives
  • Experiment with new platforms, tools, and AI-driven approaches to improve delivery efficiency, collaboration, and client outcomes

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline, or equivalent experience
  • 10+ years of experience leading enterprise technology delivery programs, software development initiatives, or digital transformation engagements
  • Experience delivering cloud transformation, application modernization, microservices, and enterprise platform initiatives
  • Strong understanding of SDLC practices, DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, release management, and operational readiness
  • Expertise in Agile and traditional delivery frameworks
  • Advanced proficiency with Azure DevOps and Atlassian products for project management
  • Proven ability to manage project and program budgets, financial forecasting, profitability, and commercial performance
  • Experience managing Fixed Price, Time & Materials, and Managed Services engagements
  • Strong risk management, dependency management, and governance expertise
  • Exceptional communication, facilitation, negotiation, and executive presentation skills
  • Ability to influence stakeholders at all organizational levels, including senior executives
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities focused on business outcomes
  • Experience leading geographically distributed and cross-functional teams
  • Demonstrated success creating collaborative team environments and driving accountability for results
  • Ability to identify opportunities for continuous improvement and implement scalable delivery practices
  • Commitment to mentorship, team development, and delivery excellence
  • Smartsheet proficiency is desired
  • Preferred: PMI PMP, PRINCE2, SAFe, Agile, Scrum Master, or related delivery certifications
  • Preferred: Experience delivering solutions on Microsoft Azure and other public cloud platforms
  • Preferred: Experience within consulting or professional services environments
  • Preferred: Experience supporting pre-sales activities, statement-of-work development, and solution estimation
