About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Drive Advanced Deposition Materials New Product Introductions from concept/feasibility through release to High Volume Manufacturing
- Define, track, manage, and report New Product Introduction PI milestones, including sampling, development, and HVM
- Identify and mitigate technical and execution risks across development and execution phases
- Coordinate cross-functional execution to meet customer requirements, quality, and scale
- Drive standardization of product development processes, tools, and best practices
- Identify process gaps and implement improvements to increase efficiency, quality, and scalability
- Promote data-driven decision-making and structured problem-solving
- Aid in crafting customer communications while balancing customer requirements, effective product marketing, and strategic information protection
- Manage complex, high-impact programs critical to the business or customer
Requirements
What you’ll need- A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in chemistry, Engineering, Materials Science, or related degree/discipline is required
- 8+ years of direct experience with technical projects and strong understanding of engineering workflows, development of lifecycles, or manufacturing processes
- Preferred experience with advanced deposition technologies and/or new product development within semiconductor fabrication or related high-technology manufacturing environments
- Strong project management skills, including risk assessment and mitigation, conflict management, meeting management, task management, stakeholder management, and project closure
- Strong written & verbal communication skills
- Strong stakeholder management skills and experience coordinating cross-functional teams
- Ability to translate technical ambiguity into clear execution plans
- Candidate must be based in one of: MA, CT, PA, IL, TX, NV
