Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead the Enterprise Portfolio Management Office (EPMO)
  • Establish portfolio management, governance, and delivery practices for strategic initiatives
  • Oversee portfolio governance, prioritization, funding, and investment decision-making
  • Advise executive leadership on portfolio strategy, investment priorities, risks, and tradeoffs
  • Own the enterprise demand management process
  • Lead the portfolio lifecycle from intake and business case development through execution and value realization
  • Develop portfolio metrics and reporting for demand, capacity, delivery performance, and investment outcomes
  • Lead enterprise-wide capacity planning and resource forecasting
  • Facilitate executive decisions on investment priorities, resource allocation, and portfolio tradeoffs
  • Evaluate portfolio performance and recommend adjustments to maximize business value
  • Provide executive oversight for large-scale, cross-functional technology and business transformation initiatives
  • Ensure effective risk management, governance, financial stewardship, and delivery
  • Provide executive leadership with consolidated portfolio performance, investment health, risks, and realized business value reporting
  • Establish value realization measures and drive continuous improvement
  • Lead, develop, and inspire a high-performing portfolio management team
  • Advance portfolio management capabilities and champion organizational change management and PMO best practices
  • Report directly to the Chief Information & Digital Officer

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Demonstrated success leading an Enterprise PMO, Portfolio Management Office, or comparable function within a complex global organization
  • Extensive experience managing strategic technology portfolios, enterprise transformation initiatives, and portfolio governance processes
  • Strong expertise in demand management, prioritization, resource planning, investment management, and value realization
  • Deep understanding of portfolio, program, project, Agile, and product delivery methodologies
  • Proven ability to influence executive decision-making and build strong partnerships across business and technology functions
  • Strong business and financial acumen, including business case development, budgeting, forecasting, and investment planning
  • Demonstrated success leading organizational change, improving operating models, and driving measurable business outcomes
  • Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Broad understanding of enterprise business processes and supporting technologies across key functional areas
  • Master's degree in business administration, Information Systems, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
  • 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in portfolio, program, or project management
  • Experience leading enterprise portfolios and large-scale digital or business transformation initiatives
  • Experience transforming PMO organizations and advancing portfolio management maturity
  • Relevant certifications such as PMP, PgMP, PfMP, PMI-ACP, CSM, or equivalent
  • Demonstrated track record of delivering measurable business value through technology investments and operational excellence
