About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage day-to-day office, workplace, and HR administration
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, building management, and external partners
- Work with Finance on invoices, payments, and vendor coordination
- Maintain employee and company asset records, including laptops and equipment
- Support employee onboarding, offboarding, documentation, and HR processes
- Help coordinate business travel, flights, hotels, visas, and other logistics
- Manage office supplies, facilities, events, and employee activities
- Maintain HR and administrative records, trackers, and systems
- Support employees with day-to-day HR and administrative queries
- Support hiring through interview coordination, candidate communication, job postings, and recruitment administration
- Look for ways to use AI and technology to simplify and improve processes
Requirements
What you’ll need- 1–3 years of experience in HR, Administration, People Operations, or a similar role
- Smart, AI-savvy, curious, and comfortable learning new tools
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Comfortable working with vendors, Finance, employees, and external partners
- Proactive, hands-on, and able to manage multiple priorities
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving startup environment
- Experience with HRMS, Google Workspace/Microsoft Office, or similar tools
- Exposure to Talent Acquisition is a plus
