About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Build Enterprise Bot's first Product Marketing function
- Own product and platform launches end to end, from early planning through post-launch performance review
- Define launch tiering and launch narratives
- Create positioning briefs, messaging frameworks, demo narratives, website and campaign copy, release notes, customer communications and partner briefing materials
- Run cross-functional launch readiness across Product, Engineering, Sales, Pre-Sales, Customer Success, Partnerships and Support
- Coordinate launch campaigns and partner enablement
- Define launch success metrics and report performance
- Maintain the internal launch calendar aligned with the product release cadence
- Bring market, competitive and buyer evidence into roadmap discussions
- Maintain competitive feature gaps and buyer requirements
- Feed win/loss findings and RFP requirement patterns into roadmap planning
- Review roadmap items from a market-facing perspective
- Support roadmap communication to customers, prospects and partners
- Build competitive intelligence, battlecards, objection-handling guides and competitive teardowns
- Establish and run a formal Win/Loss Analysis programme
- Own core positioning and unify messaging across geographies
- Translate technical differentiators into buyer-facing value
- Adapt positioning to Spain, Switzerland, DACH and wider Europe
- Own website product, solution and platform messaging and site narrative
- Propose information architecture and work with Demand Generation on implementation
- Brief Content on source messaging and review localised pages
- Build sales enablement assets, including pitch decks, one-pagers, demo narratives and ROI/cost-comparison materials
- Support pricing, packaging, analyst relations, RFP content libraries and industry event messaging
- Run enablement sessions and verify field adoption
- Conduct structured customer and prospect interviews
- Feed market and competitive signals into product prioritisation
- Deliver first-90-day objectives, including competitive mapping, win/loss interviews, positioning, battlecards, launch framework and first end-to-end launch
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years in product marketing within B2B technology, SaaS or enterprise software
- Demonstrable experience marketing to enterprise buyers with long, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
- Proven ownership of product and platform launches end to end
- Direct working experience with Product and Engineering teams, including contributing market and competitive evidence to roadmap discussions
- Proven ownership of competitive analysis and positioning
- Experience owning product and solution page messaging on a company website and keeping it aligned to positioning over time
- Strong written English and ability to turn technical capability into commercial argument
- Experience working with distributed sales teams across multiple countries
- Comfort operating with European working hours for part of the day
- Background in conversational AI, CCaaS, contact centre technology, automation or adjacent categories preferred
- Experience marketing into regulated industries preferred
- Familiarity with European compliance frameworks, including GDPR, DORA and sector certifications, preferred
- Experience with on-premise or hybrid deployment models preferred
- Experience launching platform products preferred
- Exposure to partner and channel go-to-market preferred
