About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Independently source new business leads, proactively pursue opportunities, set up opportunities, and close transactions
- Maintain strong communication cadence with investors, capture evolving investment criteria, and earn repeat investment
- Create and lead pitch meetings for new investors representing Enterprise’s mission and opportunity set
- Maximize cross-sell opportunities by representing the full breadth and depth of Enterprise
- Navigate complex organizations autonomously toward mutually beneficial outcomes
- Understand available opportunities and nurture relationships into trusted advisor relationships
- Represent Enterprise externally
- Develop talent across the team
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Urban Planning or related field
- 5+ years LIHTC underwriting and/or LIHTC fund execution experience
- Strong understanding of LIHTC structuring and investor underwriting processes
- Advanced Excel modeling
- Strong written and oral communication
- Salesforce familiarity preferred
- Must obtain or hold FINRA SIE, Series 22, and Series 63 licenses
- Willing to travel up to ~40% for internal events, conferences and investor meetings
