About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Take full ownership of the UK & Europe regional business
- Own the UK & Europe P&L, growth strategy and business performance
- Lead and develop teams across Sales, Service, Operations, Engineering and PMO
- Drive profitable growth through project sales, recurring service revenues and customer retention
- Build a disciplined, high-performance culture with strong accountability and execution
- Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time and profitably
- Strengthen collaboration between commercial and operational teams
- Champion a zero-harm safety culture across the business
- Report directly to the Group CEO
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experienced Managing Director, General Manager or Business Unit Leader
- Track record of growing engineering, environmental, industrial or water-sector businesses
- Proven P&L leadership experience
- Strong commercial and operational credentials
- Experience leading Sales, Operations, Service and Project Delivery teams
- History of building high-performing leadership teams
- Ability to combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution
- Experience within water treatment, environmental services, process engineering or a related industrial sector
