About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Own Ema’s corporate IT environment end to end
Run corporate IT while systematically automating manual work with agentic tooling
Design autonomous workflows for recurring manual tasks using AI coding tools
Automate JML lifecycles, global employee onboarding, Okta/SCIM provisioning, and access reviews
Maintain SaaS tool inventories, track utilization, and automatically reclaim unused licenses
Manage fleet MDM and automate OS patching, encryption baselines, and continuous drift detection
Generate continuous audit evidence for SOC 2, ISO 27001, and AI governance frameworks
Standardize IT runbooks and manage integration registries
Deliver Tier 1/2 support with defined SLAs
Advise Finance and HR on access, licensing, renewals, subscriptions, and billing questions

Requirements

What you’ll need

0–2 years of experience managing Cloud/SaaS infrastructure, Okta/IdP, Google Workspace, and MDM platforms
Strong drive to eliminate repetitive work using AI coding tools, Python/Bash scripting, and API integrations
Strict adherence to security protocols
Precise documentation habits
Sound judgment when handling compliance risks
Exceptional clarity in technical writing and verbal communication
Ability to maintain clear, concise documentation for automated processes
