About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Analyse customer requirements and translate them into a clear solution approach
- Deliver tailored demos showing how Ema's AI applications solve customer problems
- Build new AI application Proofs of Concept (PoCs) and pilots for customers
- Integrate with customers' data and applications using APIs and Python for data transformation
- Work with engineering and product teams to resolve technical blockers in live customer work
- Collaborate effectively with sales, product, and engineering teams
- Document solution designs, integrations, and lessons learned for reuse
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science
- 2–5 years of relevant work experience in a customer-facing technical role, such as Solutions Engineer, Sales Engineer, Applications Engineer, Forward Deployed Engineer, or Implementation Engineer
- Experience working with different data structures and data engineering
- Experience analyzing customer requirements and providing demos
- Ability to work with APIs and use Python to perform data transformation
- Knowledge of AI technology and enterprise SaaS applications
- Experience building PoCs or pilots that moved into production
- Exposure to GenAI, LLM-based applications, or workflow automation tools
- Experience integrating with enterprise systems such as CRM, HRIS, ITSM, or ERP platforms
- Ability to explain technical choices clearly to technical and non-technical audiences
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
