About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead small to medium-sized projects, including requirements gathering, analysis, and solution development
  • Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau or Power BI to monitor arbitration and operational performance
  • Design and maintain SQL-based datasets, queries, and data models for reporting and analytics
  • Perform complex data analysis to identify root causes, trends, and process improvement opportunities
  • Partner with Data, Strategy, Payor Analytics, and IT teams to ensure data accuracy and alignment on insights
  • Support the design and implementation of automation tools and workflows using Python, VBA, Alteryx, or robotic process automation platforms
  • Contribute to business case development through quantitative analysis, process mapping, and forecast modeling
  • Prepare and deliver findings and recommendations to business partners and director-level leadership
  • Develop and maintain process documentation and end-user materials for knowledge sharing and training
  • Mentor and may review the work of lower-level analysts

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Effective communication and presentation skills
  • Familiarity with healthcare revenue cycle and arbitration workflows
  • Experience with SDLC methodologies and business requirements documentation
  • Bachelor's degree required or equivalent work experience and/or education
  • 4 years of Business Analyst experience required
  • Healthcare industry and project experience preferred
  • Microsoft Office Suite
