About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead the global delivery teams for Record-to-Report (R2R), ensuring adherence to global process standards, SLAs, and KPIs
  • Implement delivery standards, SLAs, KPIs, and service management frameworks
  • Ensure delivery teams meet operational benchmarks aligned with GPO-defined standards
  • Coordinate activities across global delivery hubs in Brea, Czech Republic, and other locations
  • Ensure compliance with R2R policies, SOX requirements, US GAAP, and corporate accounting controls
  • Maintain control mechanisms across R2R operations, including account reconciliations, closing calendars, and ERP-related controls
  • Drive global simplification, digitalization, automation, and standardization across the R2R process
  • Lead root cause analyses for operational issues
  • Maintain standardized trackers, issue logs, and action plans
  • Partner with GPOs to translate process design improvements into operational execution
  • Govern alignment between GPO standards and finance delivery teams
  • Partner with FP&A, Tax, Controllership, Treasury, and other Global Delivery teams
  • Collaborate with IT on system stability, integrations, issue triage, and critical ERP workflows
  • Lead and develop high-performing R2R global delivery teams through coaching, capability building, and succession planning
  • Establish operational cadence including performance dashboards, productivity reviews, and SLA adherence
  • Build a culture of ownership, accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement
  • Report to the Sr. Director, Finance GPO & Delivery

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline required
  • 15+ years of progressive experience in Finance operations, shared services, controllership, or global process roles
  • Experience in multinational corporate environments required, including prior experience in a GPO model
  • Demonstrated track record of driving finance transformation, process redesign, and system optimization
  • Strong understanding of US GAAP, internal controls, and SOX requirements
  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage global or regional stakeholders
  • Deep knowledge of global ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle
  • Strong analytical problem-solving, decision-making, and data driven thinking
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across cultures and time zones
  • Proven capability in leading change and managing cross functional initiatives
  • High level of integrity, accountability, and business partnership
  • Strategic mindset with ability to translate vision into actionable roadmaps
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels
  • Results oriented, disciplined, and able to operate in a fast-paced global environment
  • MBA, CPA, CMA, or Six Sigma/Lean certification preferred
  • Experience with BlackLine or similar tools preferred
