About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own the global product roadmap, launches, and execution throughout the product lifecycle of the Aligner and Intraoral imaging portfolio
  • Create business plans and gather voice of customers
  • Define and prioritize product and customer requirements
  • Manage customer market segmentation and growth initiatives
  • Drive cross-functional teams in timely execution and global project launches
  • Lead NPI through business case development, value proposition, voice of customer, product requirements, and go-to-market strategy
  • Develop product launch objectives driving revenue, profitability, and growth
  • Determine customer needs and specify research needed to obtain market information
  • Create pricing strategy for the assigned product portfolio
  • Develop product sales strategies with sales and marketing
  • Co-travel with sales representatives and call on customers to assess intraoral market data
  • Drive market intelligence, including market sizing, trends, competitive intelligence, and customer segmentation
  • Develop and maintain production, sales, and inventory plans aligned with financial targets
  • Manage product lifecycle strategy from launch through ramp-down and discontinuation
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Engineering, or related field
  • MBA Preferred
  • 3-5+ years of product development experience
  • Experience launching products in medical device, dental equipment, or other FDA-Regulated businesses
  • Imaging and orthodontic product experience desired
  • Ability to travel up to 25%, both domestically and internationally
  • For Brea, CA and Irvine, CA: Must reside within a commutable distance to both Brea, CA and Irvine, CA
  • Requires onsite presence 4 days per week
