About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide hands-on and/or remote post-sale product training on digital imaging products in clinical settings
Provide training on imaging software and related technology
Serve as a source for training escalations within the territory
Partner with internal and external teams to assist customers with clinical needs
Conduct end-user training on supported intraoral imaging products
Report and maintain documentation on completed trainings
Review and follow up on completed surveys within the territory
Investigate and handle initial clinical training escalations
Support Clinical Program Managers and Product Management in testing and implementing new products
Conduct billable clinical training sessions
Build and maintain a pipeline of future training opportunities through customer outreach, needs analysis, and relationship management
Attend tradeshows and educational events in the territory
Obtain and maintain required product certifications and recertifications
Manage priorities and timelines in a fast-paced environment
Work non-standard hours and occasional weekend travel when necessary
Interact frequently with functional departments, customers, and key experts
Travel up to 75% based on business needs
Perform other assigned duties and special projects

Requirements

What you’ll need

2-year associate degree or equivalent certifications and/or licenses
5 years of hands-on clinical dental experience
At least 2 years of experience in a customer-facing position
Possess or be able to obtain required Radiation Safety Certification
Proven experience utilizing dental imaging equipment, including digital intraoral scanners (IOS)
Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
Valid state driver's license and clean driving record
Extensive use of a personal car while on company business
Preferred: 4-year college degree or equivalent work experience
Preferred: 2+ years of training experience within a clinical setting
Preferred: demonstrated ability to work independently
Preferred: advanced knowledge of radiology
Preferred: experience with Microsoft Dynamics
Preferred: advanced Microsoft Office proficiency
