About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead full-cycle sales, including site visits, scoping, technical assessments, proposals, negotiation, and closing
  • Develop long-term relationships with mission-critical clients in healthcare, industrial, federal, municipal, and data center sectors
  • Collaborate with engineering, inside sales, contracting, and field service teams to deliver accurate solutions
  • Build and maintain an individual book of business with full support

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5+ years experience in UPS systems, electrical power, generators, batteries, critical infrastructure, or related industrial sectors
  • Strong understanding of electrical concepts: UPS topology, battery systems, bypass configurations, kVA sizing, power distribution, and system replacements
  • Proven record of closing $2M–$5M+ annually after ramp
  • Clear communication, professional presence, and strong follow-through
  • Experience working with hospitals, municipalities, industrial plants, or data centers is a plus
  • Self-driven, organized, and capable of managing complex technical sales independently
