About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Partner with the Change Manager to shape and deliver the yearly change plan
- Facilitate early-stage assessments of new initiatives, identifying opportunities and potential risks
- Coordinate resources and connect the right people to the right work
- Support and lead project delivery activities from kick-off to wrap-up

Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience in managing projects from idea to implementation
- Confidence using project tools like Asana
- Ability to work in a structured, fast-paced environment
- Clear communication skills and ability to build rapport and trust across teams
- Problem-solving ability
- Understanding of agility and accountability in change delivery
- Experience working on strategic or technology-enabled initiatives
- Background in change management or impact assessment
- Familiarity with OKRs and strategic planning cycles
- Confidence working with data to support decision-making
- Calm, supportive presence in dynamic or fast-evolving environments
- Successful candidates must undergo a basic DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) check
