About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Partner with the Change Manager to co-create the annual change plan and ensure initiatives deliver value
- Facilitate collaboration across teams to assess new projects and align them with organisational goals and values
- Support and inspire a small team through purpose-driven project management
- Provide oversight of the strategic roadmap and regular updates to leadership
- Lead high-impact programmes while ensuring progress, transparency, and team wellbeing
- Coach and guide project managers
- Facilitate workshops to assess impact, gather insights, and encourage cross-functional alignment
- Maintain project tools such as Asana
- Contribute to continuous learning by celebrating wins, reflecting on challenges, and improving ways of working
Requirements
What you’ll need- Significant experience managing complex initiatives
- Experience engaging senior stakeholders with confidence and empathy
- Experience solving problems thoughtfully and collaboratively
- Experience with Asana or similar project tracking and reporting tools
- Organised, accountable, and aligned with purpose-driven work
- Previous experience line managing or mentoring others in a change or project environment preferred
- Exposure to strategic planning or change impact assessments preferred
- Strong grasp of business analysis practices, including process mapping preferred
- Experience working in agile environments or passion for adaptive ways of working preferred
- Curious, growth-mindset approach
- Successful candidates must undergo a basic DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) check
