About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Process project sales orders in the MRP system according to fully executed contracts and established procedures
Manage the sales order lifecycle, including source of supply, delivery dates, billing plans, and downstream process changes
Monitor open sales orders and follow up with teams to ensure transactions are completed
Escalate delivery, transaction-processing, delay, and contractual-obligation risks
Manage the customer-facing delivery dashboard with expected delivery date information
Attend customer calls and coordinate delivery reconciliation, including Proof of Delivery documentation
Support Project Management, Demand Planning, Procurement, and Logistics teams with sales order changes, delivery confirmations, and tracking
Process executed change orders and project returns in the system
Validate that MRP data for sales orders is accurate and up to date
Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in business or similar field or equivalent work experience
2+ years of experience analyzing data and identifying/resolving issues in sales documents, purchase orders and deliveries
2+ years of experience in Supply Chain, backorder management, and inventory management
2+ years of hands-on ERP experience like NetSuite, SAP, others
Excellent customer-facing communication and presentation skills
Proactive, professional, helpful collaborator
Ability to work across multiple organizations in a fast paced, smaller company environment
This position may require occasional evening and weekend hours
