About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

  • Ensure caregivers utilize EPIC’s existing database structure as required by regulation
  • Ensure EPIC’s in-home care services operate smoothly
  • Work from the homebase/mobile job site
  • Work core hours of 8:30am–4:30pm, with some weekend and extended weekday hours as required, including during inclement weather

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Associate degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Nursing, Human Services, or a related field preferred
  • Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in home health care, healthcare coordination, scheduling, staffing, or healthcare operations preferred
  • Experience working with caregiver management systems and electronic health record platforms preferred
  • Knowledge of home care regulations and compliance requirements preferred
  • Must have a dependable automobile and a clean driving record
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and healthcare database systems
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
  • Customer-service oriented with strong relationship-building skills
  • Detail-oriented with auditing and documentation review capabilities
