About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage the full intake lifecycle from initial inquiry through service authorization
- Ensure seamless, compliant, and person-centered transitions for individuals entering EPIC’s services
- Oversee the development, coordination, and timely submission of high-quality Person-Centered Plan (PCP) Support Documents
- Ensure PCP Support Documents comply with Maryland Developmental Disabilities Administration (DDA) requirements
- Collaborate across EPIC programs and departments
- Travel locally as needed for job duties
Requirements
What you’ll need- High school diploma or GED required; some college preferred
- Intermediate Microsoft Office Suite skills
- Familiarity with COMAR regulations and Medicaid billing requirements
- Prior experience with intake, case management, and service coordination
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for local travel
- Minimum of 2–3 years of experience within a Maryland DDA provider, CCS agency, or disability service
- Strong creative and customer service skills
- Strong critical thinking skills
- Adaptability and flexibility in changing environments
- Strong conflict resolution skills
- Ability to collaborate across EPIC programs and departments
- Effective communication and teamwork skills
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to prioritize, multitask, and meet deadlines in compliance with internal and external agency rules and regulations
- Strong time management skills

Benefits
Comp & perks- Hybrid office/remote work arrangement
- Monday-Friday schedule, 8:30 am–4:30 pm
- Some weekend and extended weekday hours may be required, including during inclement weather
