About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Partner with CAMs and customers to assess scope, risks, and readiness for SaaS migration
- Discuss and review potential SaaS conversion opportunities, including scope, approach, and next steps
- Provision customers to run the Analyzer and review results to identify potential risk areas
- Collaborate with CAMs and Consulting teams to support development of Statements of Work
- Lead collection of CSG and TSG work and validate cloud compatibility
- Provide a clear and effective handoff of relevant information to Consulting for SaaS projects
- Communicate the SaaS conversion process during customer calls and other engagements
- Review applicable tools and alternative approaches to support SaaS readiness
- Work with internal SaaS stakeholders to identify, communicate, and mitigate risk areas
- Support efforts to increase SaaS conversion adoption with Manufacturing leadership and the Center of Excellence
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum of 1 year of presales experience within the ERP industry or equivalent operational ERP experience, specifically Kinetic
- ERP Administrator or power user for Kinetic environment
- Experience with Kinetic Cloud and/or other Cloud offerings
- Expertise with Microsoft Azure
- Experience with Kinetic Customization, BPMs, Application Studio, BAQs, Dashboards and other Kinetic toolsets for integration and reporting
- Background supporting both direct and channel sales
- Documented experience giving customer presentations/demonstrations
- 1+ years of applicable experience and demonstrated success/knowledge in Manufacturing
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Some travel is required
