About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop, enhance, test, and maintain Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and declarative tools
- Configure and support Salesforce CPQ, including product bundles, pricing rules, discount schedules, approvals, and quote templates
- Design and implement Salesforce customizations, integrations, and automations supporting quote-to-cash processes
- Troubleshoot and resolve CPQ-related issues, including pricing, configuration, and approval workflow challenges
- Support production environments, manage tickets, and provide timely end-user assistance
- Collaborate with business and technical teams to deliver scalable Salesforce solutions
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to development best practices
- Maintain technical documentation and identify opportunities for process automation and continuous improvement
Requirements
What you’ll need- Strong experience with Salesforce development, including Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- Deep knowledge of Salesforce CPQ, including product configuration, pricing, discounting, and approval processes
- Understanding of quote-to-cash and order management workflows
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to quickly learn new technologies and business processes
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- 3+ years of Salesforce development experience
- 2+ years of hands-on Salesforce CPQ implementation, customization, or support experience
- Experience with Apex, LWC, and Salesforce platform development
- Experience supporting quoting, pricing, and order management processes
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Preferred: Experience with Salesforce Billing Cloud, Revenue Cloud, or revenue recognition processes
- Preferred: Experience with Conga Contract Management
- Preferred: Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer and/or CPQ Specialist)
- Preferred: Experience with integrations, DevOps practices, and CI/CD pipelines
- Preferred: Experience working in Agile development environments
