About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Build and maintain the content engine behind the Fireworks brand
- Write and publish blogs, website and solution pages, product launches, email, social media, and sales materials
- Maintain a consistent cadence of original and refreshed blog content
- Write, build, publish, and continuously improve solution pages, product pages, landing pages, and other website content
- Learn EPR products and translate products, features, and capabilities into customer-facing messaging and launch content
- Develop SEO content around priority topics and keywords
- Update content based on search performance, product changes, industry developments, and customer needs
- Develop one-pagers, presentations, product materials, customer stories, and sales enablement resources
- Repurpose content themes, announcements, customer stories, and insights into social and email content
- Create polished supporting graphics and marketing assets as needed
- Monitor website, SEO, and content performance and use insights to determine what to create, update, expand, or retire
- Collaborate with Product, Sales, Customer Success, and subject matter experts
- Use modern content tools and AI to accelerate research, drafting, repurposing, and production while maintaining editorial judgment
- Report to the VP of Marketing
Requirements
What you’ll need- 0–3 years of experience in content marketing, B2B writing, product content, SEO content, or B2B SaaS marketing
- Exceptional writing and editing skills, with demonstrated ability to produce a high volume of quality content consistently
- Ability to understand technical products and translate features and workflows into clear customer value
- Experience writing website pages, blogs, product content, landing pages, email, and sales materials
- Working knowledge of SEO, including keyword strategy, search intent, on-page optimization, internal linking, and content refreshes
- Comfortable working directly in a CMS and taking content from draft through publication
- Strong visual judgment and ability to create clean, professional supporting assets without relying on a dedicated designer
- Strong project management and prioritization skills with ability to manage a steady content calendar and multiple deadlines
- Comfortable using AI
- Strong B2B writing and editing ability
- Ability to learn complex technical products
- Experience in B2B SaaS, GovTech, public safety, healthcare technology, or another technical industry preferred
- Ability to use modern content tools and Canva
- Collaborative, ownership-oriented approach and comfort working in a lean marketing organization
