About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Monitor the health and performance of the IT infrastructure and respond to anomalies or degradation
Perform daily operational activities including provisioning, patching, updates, backups, and capacity management
Administer and maintain operating systems and cloud platforms
Resolve incidents, problems, and changes
Collaborate with security teams on compliance, system hardening, and vulnerability management
Manage and improve monitoring and logging tools
Conduct capacity and performance analysis to optimize resource usage and costs
Support infrastructure evolution projects and technology migrations
Report directly to the Infrastructure Operation Manager

Requirements

What you’ll need

Solid knowledge of Linux Server and Linux operating systems (including Active Directory and GPO)
Experience with virtualization environments (VMware ESXi/vCenter; Nutanix)
Working knowledge of AWS cloud services (EC2, VPC, IAM)
Expertise in cloud services, server management, networking, storage solutions, and disaster recovery planning
Ability to execute infrastructure projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business requirements
Knowledge of ITIL or other service management frameworks
Knowledge of cybersecurity principles and practices
Familiarity with regulatory requirements related to IT infrastructure and operations
Ability to work on large-scale infrastructure changes while minimizing operational disruption
Competent written and spoken English
At least 2-5 years of experience in IT infrastructure operations
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or previous experience in the role
