About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support the team in handling customer requests
  • Support the team in managing sales and purchase orders in SAP
  • Maintain accurate project documentation and assist with reporting
  • Coordinate with Sales, Planning, Procurement, and Logistics
  • Support international retail projects from quotation through to delivery

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Active student status for at least one more year at a Hungarian institution
  • Minimum availability of 20 hours per week, from Monday to Friday
  • Strong Spanish and English skills
  • Confident Excel skills
  • SAP knowledge is a big plus
  • Open, proactive personality with willingness to learn and grow
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic, international environment
