About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Design and drafting of Thermodynamical and Aeraulic parts for refrigerators
- Support the collection of market specification in coordination with project team and project leader
- Apply theories of heat and energy transfer to create practical solutions to technical problems
- Test the right functionalities of the Thermodynamical and Aeraulic parts
- Support the documentation of product key features, including manuals and technical data sheets
- Support Quality and Service in the management of non-conformity and product training
- Support Epta Innovation Centre in the management of patents
Requirements
What you’ll need- Professional experience in the role or a similar position: > 2 years, preferably within a multinational environment of a similar scale
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Technical Diploma with professional experience relevant to the role
- Entrepreneurial mindset, ability to set priorities and work autonomously
- Strong interpersonal skills, ability to interact effectively with laboratory technicians and other departments (both within and outside of R&D)
- Ambition for professional growth and a willingness to take on new challenges
- Availability for occasional travel within Italy and Europe (10–20%)
- Mandatory Italian language and Fluent in English
- Experience with CAD software, PLM systems, and SAP is considered a plus
- Good knowledge of software development and an openness to AI are considered strengths
