Key responsibilities & impact
  • Generate revenue to meet and exceed sales quotas through strategic client acquisition and partner expansion across Canada
  • Develop, scale, and manage strategic referral channels focused on cyber law firms, cyber insurance carriers/brokers, and forensic incident response partners
  • Immerse in industry trends, emerging privacy legislation, and technical breach mitigation practices to serve as a resource for clients and partners
  • Drive sales for Equifax Breach Services products, including credit and identity monitoring, 24/7 Level 1 FAQ call center support, digital and physical notification services, and impact verification lookup tools
  • Build customized proposals and pricing models tailored to corporate breach incidents and client specifications
  • Coordinate with Finance, Legal, Operations, and Product teams to execute contracts, manage deal redlines, and support rapid deployment operations
  • Maintain pipeline hygiene, record account activities, and track opportunity updates in Salesforce
  • Adapt working schedule and hours to support urgent breach events, client requests, and time-sensitive business needs
  • Travel regionally 10–15%

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree and/or solid, demonstrated track record in B2B sales experience
  • Experience qualifying complex leads and driving opportunity conversion
  • Experience consistently delivering revenue goals and pipeline development
  • Passion and drive to learn the cybersecurity and breach response industry landscape
  • Experience handling objections in high-urgency, consultative sales environments
  • Strong business acumen, financial literacy, and contract negotiation capabilities
  • Experience managing end-to-end sales cycles, pipeline forecasting, and CRM management using Salesforce
  • Ability to develop tailored executive presentations and pitch to decision-makers, legal counsel, and corporate leadership
  • Proven ability and willingness to work flexible schedules outside of core business hours to accommodate urgent client needs and active incident responses
  • Curiosity and enthusiasm for continuous learning within the Canadian cybersecurity landscape, cyber incident frameworks, and privacy legislation (PIPEDA and provincial standards)
  • Track record of B2B business growth and partner ecosystem expansion
  • Established network within Canadian cyber law firms, insurance carriers, or forensic technology vendors
  • Openness to learn and develop new sales governance techniques
  • Strong communication skills

  • Bilingualism in English and French (written and spoken) to effectively support clients across all Canadian jurisdictions
