About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support the execution and monitoring of MRM operational routines, tracking quality and compliance indicators
  • Assist with the detailed documentation of data flows, operational processes, and the model inventory to keep the MRM framework up to date
  • Provide operational support for Model Governance activities by organizing the necessary requirements and monitoring recommended action plans
  • Collaborate on the preparation of supporting materials, management reports, and presentations on the status of model governance and model risk initiatives
  • Interact with Data and Analytics teams to follow up on tickets, work routines, and the initial gathering of requirements

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field
  • Basic to intermediate proficiency in SQL and Python for data extraction, joining, and manipulation
  • Understanding of fundamental data lifecycle, governance, or statistical/financial modeling concepts
  • Familiarity with data architecture in Cloud environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
  • Experience using version control tools (Git)
  • Previous experience (including internships) in Risk, Governance, Modeling, Model Validation, Analytics, or Financial Services
  • Knowledge of Generative AI applications
