About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Serve as a vital link between internal teams and external clients regarding non-traditional income data
  • Evangelize the power of Total Verify Data to teams supporting income and employment verification, consumer lending, government benefits, and commercial risk and credit solutions
  • Drive adoption and understanding of data assets and ensure solutions meet market needs and go-to-market strategy
  • Work with internal product, technology, and sales teams to understand capabilities and applications of non-traditional income data in the Total Verify Data Hub
  • Identify how internal teams can use data assets to enhance offerings and achieve strategic objectives
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on non-traditional income data, VOE/VOIE, data aggregation and normalization, and the Total Verify Data Hub
  • Translate complex data concepts into clear messages tailored to client needs and use cases
  • Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Gather market feedback to inform product development, GTM strategy, and data enhancement strategies
  • Develop and deliver presentations and demonstrations
  • Collaborate with product management teams to identify opportunities for leveraging non-traditional income data
  • Contribute to solution roadmaps aligned with market demands and Total Verify Data Hub capabilities
  • Assist in creating business cases for new data-driven product concepts
  • Communicate the vision and value of Total Verify Data to technical teams, executive leadership, and external clients
  • Foster collaboration across internal departments and with external partners
  • Champion non-traditional income data capabilities internally and externally
  • Influence and guide stakeholders without direct authority

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 7+ years of progressive experience in solutions consulting, product management, or a related field
  • 3+ years in payroll/income data management, income and employment verification (VOE/VOIE), fintech, open banking/open finance, or the consumer-permissioned data (CPD) industry
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field required
  • Strong analytical and sophisticated critical thinking skills
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, storytelling, and executive presentation skills
  • Ability to communicate difficult concepts and influence others to adopt a different point of view
  • Proven ability to work effectively and lead in a cross-functional and highly matrixed team environment
  • Passion for technology and innovation, with a focus on leveraging data to solve complex business problems
  • Demonstrated resilience, ability to thrive in ambiguity, and navigate complexity
  • Strong understanding of data privacy and security principles
  • Experience working with data assets and understanding how they can be leveraged for various business applications
  • Experience with cloud-based data platforms and services, demonstrating an understanding of data architecture, infrastructure, and deployment models strongly desired
  • MBA or Master's degree in a related field
  • Relevant industry certifications, such as data analytics or solutions architecture
  • Familiarity with data aggregation and normalization concepts
  • Experience demonstrating Design Thinking for innovation
  • Proficiency in managing client relationships and reporting through CRM tools
  • Use of Gemini/Claude in day-to-day work
  • Experience with Aha! software
