About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Report to a Team Lead on the global Editorial Team
- Review clients’ press releases for grammatical errors, spelling errors, and inconsistencies; fact-checking is not included
- Format press releases to match clients’ original versions as closely as possible
- Support clients via phone and email
- Assist with regulatory needs, including SEDAR and EDGAR filings
- Assist with account maintenance, including managing email lists, adding users and accounts, and managing multimedia libraries
- Act as the primary client contact for administrative, consultative, and press release service requests
- Collaborate with teammates and other departments
- Develop knowledge of other Notified products
- Distribute press releases globally to journalists, terminals, and websites
- Work occasional overtime during high-volume periods
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university with major coursework in English, Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field required
- Equivalent work experience in a similar position may substitute for education requirements
- 1–2 years of professional experience required
- Customer service experience in a fast-paced environment required
- Fluency in English and French required
- Excellent multitasking skills
- Ability to maintain focus in stressful situations
- Exceptional time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize assignments and meet deadlines
- Availability for occasional weekend on-call shifts, holidays, and remote monitoring shifts outside the typical schedule
- Satisfactory pre-employment screening results
