Key responsibilities & impact

Lead incremental accounting activities arising from the pending acquisition of Equiniti Group by Bullish
Deliver uplifted, audited AICPA financial statements for FY24 and FY25
Deliver unaudited but reviewed interim Q3 year-to-date FY26 financial statements for the Registration Statement
Deliver pro forma adjustments supporting the Registration Statement
Lead the audit relationship and resolve technical, judgmental, and data-related queries
Work with auditors and advisers on Registration Statement components and purchase price accounting
Support establishment of the Oracle Financial Consolidation System for trial-balance mapping, consolidation, and FX translation
Lead EQ’s contribution to the consolidated audit, including the stub period after a potential 1 November close
Support and potentially lead the new UK consolidated audit for Earth Private Holdings Group in 2026
Support ongoing quarterly SEC reporting with unaudited financial statement data
Work with the Group Director of Accounting and North America Controller to plan and deliver the work
Liaise with acquisition leadership, auditors, and audit committees
Report to the Group Financial Controller

Requirements

What you’ll need

A qualified accountant (ACA or equivalent) earned in both a Private Equity and listed company environment
Ability to design and apply accounting policy frameworks
Demonstrable fluency in dealing with complex audit points
Proven track record in dealing with Audit Committees and Management Teams
Experience in leading technical accounting teams across geographies
Experience in leading change activities: acquisitions, disposals, systems implementations, and organisational change
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Confidence to deputise for Group Financial Controller and present to the Audit Committee, Advisers and other senior stakeholders
Financial modelling ability
Ability to coach and inspire less experienced team members
Ability to operate independently and deal with ambiguity
Ability to plan, prioritise, and drive outcomes
Ability to collaborate and support team dynamics
