About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide administration services to customers according to Service Level Agreements
- Maintain accurate filing and departmental records, checking customer data integrity
- Process routine and non-routine documentation within defined procedures
- Resolve oral and written customer enquiries using knowledge of customer requirements
- Draft non-standard correspondence responding to customer enquiries
- Input customer details and access customer information
- Collate and analyse data and produce routine reports, schedules and summaries
- Update customer records and resolve customer queries
- Identify and implement process improvements to improve throughput and customer service
- Carry out projects and ad-hoc activities determined by the Team Manager
Requirements
What you’ll need- GCSE (or equivalent) Maths and English Grade C
- Strong numeracy and literacy skills
- Good written and communication skills
- Ability to develop working relationships
- Ability to work within laid down processes and procedures
- Basic financial awareness
- Previous experience in a financial/pensions environment is desirable
- Experience working to SLAs
- Desire to deliver exceptional customer service
- Proven track record of quality, timely delivery
- Computer literate with a willingness to learn a variety of systems
- Previous DB pensions experience is an advantage but not essential
- Satisfactory pre-employment screening checks
