Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop strategic business cases and plans for large-scale, complex global cross-functional business transformation programs

  • Oversee functional projects and maintain leadership team cohesion
  • Participate in functional FP&A budgeting, reporting and analysis
  • Represent an E-team leader in meetings
  • Serve as a member of the leadership team

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 15+ years experience preferred
  • Diploma to a Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • Managing Successful Programs Practitioner certification preferred
  • Experience leading large-scale, complex, global, cross-functional business transformation programs
  • Experience managing executive, external, government and governance-authority stakeholders
  • Experience with risk management involving business strategy, reputation and legal aspects
  • Experience leading company-wide teams of program managers and subject-matter experts
  • Experience with budget control and functional FP&A budgeting, reporting and analysis
