About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Set the strategy and direction for GTM analytics, insights, and reporting
  • Define organizational performance measurement and analytics investment priorities
  • Partner with senior executives and client groups across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, and IT
  • Provide forecasting, predictive, and prescriptive insights for critical business decisions
  • Own the integrity and global consistency of data definitions
  • Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing analytics team
  • Drive analytics strategy, priorities, and forward-thinking analytics
  • Build stakeholder relationships, implement solutions, and influence decisions
  • Coach client groups on presenting and adopting data insights
  • Consult with senior executives and external subject matter experts to identify emerging business problems
  • Lead prioritization of support requests for EDNA teams
  • Evolve GTM-owned data definitions and identify emerging business metrics
  • Coordinate resolution of data integrity and consistency issues with MDM and business teams
  • Maintain and optimize recurring CRO reporting using DIO technology
  • Deliver analytical insights on business performance, trends, and ad-hoc requirements
  • Build insights from complex analytics platforms and data mining exercises to optimize business outcomes
  • Identify training and development needs and evolve team capabilities from reporting to insights

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 15+ years in analytics, GTM/revenue operations, or BI, including senior leadership experience
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • MBA or equivalent preferred
  • Track record leading and scaling an analytics function — team, process, and tooling
  • Deep knowledge of Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success data and how it drives revenue
  • Hands-on fluency with BI/data tools (SQL, Tableau, Power BI) and CRM platforms
  • Experience building forecasting models and predictive/prescriptive analytics for executives
  • Executive-grade communication; track record influencing C-suite/E-staff audiences
