About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead cross-functional enterprise projects and initiatives, coordinating teams and ensuring milestones are delivered on time and within budget
  • Lead the technical program management team and oversee critical initiatives with major cross-functional dependencies
  • Expedite decision-making by distilling complex issues into actionable choices for leadership
  • Structure complex programs, operationalize ideas, and navigate delivery roadblocks
  • Assess challenges and synthesize stakeholder input to drive targeted decisions
  • Serve as liaison between technical program management services and executive leadership
  • Build and manage the technical program management environment for product strategy execution
  • Collaborate with GPO and Interconnection PMOs on standards, best practices, and scalable Infrastructure TPM services
  • Partner with the SVP of Infrastructure Products & Services and chief of staff on process improvement and strategy
  • Track resource allocation and utilization and contribute to annual budget planning
  • Lead strategic planning and execution of the Infrastructure product portfolio roadmap
  • Facilitate monthly and quarterly business reviews
  • Identify and lead high-impact programs improving growth, efficiency, and customer experience
  • Create and maintain internal and external roadmaps
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate program delivery risks
  • Analyze business challenges and develop data-driven solutions
  • Develop and oversee project plans, timelines, and resource allocations
  • Engage stakeholders to execute initiatives impacting profit and loss
  • Prepare reports and dashboards on program performance and operational metrics
  • Establish repeatable processes and drive continuous improvement
  • Build and lead a high-performance team of approximately 7–10 employees
  • Implement AI-driven tools and technologies for program management, data analysis, and decision-making
  • Mentor team members and manage performance, including disciplinary actions and hiring/firing decisions or recommendations

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 10+ years of experience in program management, business strategy & operations, or consulting within a high-growth technology-focused enterprise
  • 3+ years of experience managing a team; experience managing a globally distributed or remote team preferred
  • Proven track record of managing complex programs in the product life cycle and delivering results in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in strategic planning, financial analysis, and data analytics
  • Experience leveraging AI tools for project management and operational efficiency is a plus
  • Success building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and influencing and collaborating in cross-functional environments
  • Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or Technology area; advanced degree preferred
  • Excellent business writing, negotiation, interpersonal, communication, leadership, analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive consensus among diverse stakeholders
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment and adapt to changing business needs and priorities
  • Growth mindset and openness to feedback and continuous improvement
