About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Translate ITS strategy into a clear global operating model with defined ownership, decision rights, interfaces and ways of working
  • Maintain an integrated roadmap of major capabilities and changes across ITS
  • Lead priority cross-functional initiatives from problem definition through implementation, adoption and measurable results
  • Design and continuously improve end-to-end talent processes
  • Establish global standards, service expectations and governance while allowing justified regional or business variation
  • Use data, user feedback and root-cause analysis to improve recruiter, hiring manager and candidate experience
  • Represent ITS as business owner for the talent technology roadmap
  • Identify and scale automation and AI opportunities
  • Define business requirements, success measures and adoption needs
  • Support technology and vendor decisions by connecting user need, cost, risk and expected value
  • Create operating rhythms for performance visibility, trade-offs, risk resolution and accountability
  • Connect operational data to demand, capacity, productivity, experience, quality, cost and talent outcomes
  • Translate operational data into recommendations and track value delivery
  • Strengthen connections across Hiring Innovation and Velocity, Talent Intelligence, Talent Marketplace, functional talent delivery and onboarding
  • Build senior stakeholder alignment and drive evidence-based decisions
  • Create playbooks, communications, enablement and feedback loops to support adoption
  • Represent the ITS operational perspective in broader People and enterprise programs

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Significant experience in talent operations, recruiting operations, HR transformation, product operations, enterprise program leadership or a related field
  • Track record of translating complex strategy into practical operating models, processes and cross-functional delivery
  • Strong knowledge of modern talent acquisition or talent practices
  • Experience shaping technology-enabled change in partnership with technical teams
  • Workday Recruiting experience helpful but not required
  • Practical understanding of automation and AI
  • Strong analytical and commercial judgment
  • Ability to frame choices, evaluate trade-offs and make clear recommendations
  • Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and lead across organizational boundaries without direct authority
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Strategic thinking combined with willingness to get close to the work
  • Ability to create clarity, bring people together and follow through from decision to adoption
