About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Work with cross-functional teams to plan and coordinate the implementation of data center projects and services, defining requirements, creating schedules, and allocating resources.
- Configure and install hardware, software, and equipment, including servers, network switches, storage systems, cooling systems, and security systems.
- Conduct performance, security, integration, and disaster recovery testing.
- Prepare and maintain detailed technical documentation, including network diagrams and installation procedures.
- Provide technical support during and after implementation, troubleshooting issues and making adjustments.
- Identify and implement improvements to operations and deployment processes, including task automation and the adoption of best practices.
- Support deployment projects, validate order requirements, and collaborate with processing teams and other stakeholders.
- Manage technical responsibilities with the data center manager and provide solutions to internal issues.
- Maintain regular communication with functional and cross-functional teams, schedule implementation meetings, and ensure the timely completion of operational activities.
- Analyze business and technical processes, identify improvement opportunities, and optimize processes with the operations team.
- Provide intermediate-level technical support, ensure the accuracy of provisioning data, and conduct physical audits when necessary.
Requirements
What you’ll need- University degree
- Advanced English proficiency
- Previous experience in data center deployment or related fields.
- Strong technical documentation and reporting skills
- Ability to manage projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Experience troubleshooting issues and improving processes
- Availability to work in a hybrid model (at least two days per week in the office).
- Technical knowledge of hardware, software, and data center systems is a plus
