About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Serve as the single accountable business owner for the Lead-to-Cash program
  • Act as the primary CRO-side counterpart to the CDIO program lead
  • Ensure CRO business preparedness throughout scope, design, testing, and go-live stages
  • Report to the SVP of GTM Ops within the CRO organization
  • Own the CRO-side program budget, including headcount and vendor resources
  • Lead a dedicated team of program and business readiness specialists
  • Indirectly manage Business Context Experts across nine CRO functional areas
  • Serve as the CRO counterpart and CROLT proxy to the CDIO program lead
  • Escalate unresolved cross-priority conflicts
  • Convene stakeholders to determine scope and document business logic and requirements
  • Drive sequencing and prioritization across nine functional areas
  • Coordinate resolution of open scope questions before design advances
  • Ensure business participation and formal sign-off throughout solution design
  • Maintain traceability between business requirements and solution decisions
  • Define domain success metrics and readiness criteria
  • Ensure testing plans are scoped and resourced across CRO domains
  • Confirm defects meet business standards before go-live
  • Lead senior stakeholder alignment on go/no-go decisions
  • Drive organizational alignment and adoption before, during, and after go-live
  • Surface business risks and maintain coexistence strategies and fallback plans
  • Represent the CRO organization’s risk posture in joint governance with CDIO and executive leadership

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • At least 5 years leading cross-functional programs at a senior level
  • Experience leading the business side of a major systems transformation or implementation
  • Accountability for scope, readiness, and organizational adoption rather than technology delivery
  • Experience leading revenue operations programs spanning multiple CRO functions, such as sales, marketing, renewals, customer success, order management, or billing
  • Experience building and leading a dedicated program team
  • Experience coordinating matrixed contributors with competing day-job responsibilities
  • Budget ownership experience, including headcount planning and vendor management at the program level
  • Track record facilitating executive-level prioritization decisions, managing escalations, and maintaining stakeholder alignment
  • Ability to operate in high-ambiguity environments with shifting scope, timelines, and resource constraints
  • Executive presence and credibility with senior stakeholders
  • Ability to frame trade-offs crisply and drive go/no-go decisions
  • Structured decision-making under pressure
  • Ability to distinguish genuine business risk from delivery inconvenience
  • Fluency translating business requirements into technical solution design
  • Sufficient familiarity with system architecture to challenge design decisions without owning delivery
  • Facilitation and conflict resolution skills across competing functional priorities
